Yolks are full of fat and also cholesterol, but they can be more than healthy in a varied diet. However, if you're trying to lose weight, or just want the protein goodness from an egg white, then you're going to have to seperate the yolk. And that, in it's self, causes many people problems. Not anymore, however. Simply crack the egg, pour it in a bowl, then get Eggman, place him over the yolk and suck it up. He'll get the yolk in one. That's why we think he might be called Eggman.
